I want to hang this motor for my hanging disco ball really high up in a horse barn - how will I be able to reach it? A long extension cord?

How far of a radius does the motor rotate? Does it rotate from 0-360 degrees then reverse? I want to mount a laser light to this...

It just does the 360...over and over again; no reverse. It is basically meant for a slow turning mirror ball. I actually have a small world globe hung from mine.

Will it become hot if running for a long time?

No, I’ve let it run for 18-24hrs no issues
