These gel pads for me are very effective. I had an operation to remove a cyst that had developed underneath my little toe foot pad due to an injury. This resulted in the loss of the fatty pad you have to cushion the bones when walking causing considerable discomfort. Previously I had used non adhesive pads which I had to tape in place. These, quite thin, self adhesive gel pads work very well, no tape needed and they don't leave adhesive residue either when removed. In my case, once applied and walking, you don't know they are there. However, I do know they do a good job of cushioning my feet. The other good news is they are half the price of what I was previously using, easy to apply and can be reused for several days without getting smelly.

I got these for pain in my sesamoid bone and wearing them daily has really made a difference. Then gifted some to my mum for severe corns on the same area and she loves them too. I just rinse and rub them under warm water every night and let them airdry sticky side up overnight and they are good to go in the morning. I can make one pad last 2 months.

I suffer very badly from Sesamoiditis. In my case it is aggravated by loss of padding across footbed. I find these not sufficiently padded/thick enough to provide relief. I find the metatarsal gel pads without the cutout work much better as they have a much thicker and softer pad. These were just not effective for my particular condition

Tres mal au sesamoides pendant mes entrainements de course. J ai acheté ceci sans grand espoir. Très surprise du résultat, ça retarde bien la douleur mais il faut en mettre 2 l un sur l autre sinon ca ne sert à rien pour ce qui me concerne. Je recommande pour tous les désespérés comme moi qui ne savaient plus comment faire pour marcher et courir sans douleur

I have pain/discomfort in the ball of one foot. This product is the perfect cushion. I tried sticking it in my shoe first which worked okay. But then I realized you are supposed to stick it directly on your foot. This works perfectly. I can adjust the pad exactly where I want it. I also like that I can position the pad where ever I want it. If I just put the cushion on the ball of my foot, it makes my foot tilt strangely so I actually turn the pad so it covers the whole ball of my foot and evens out my stance. Each day, I just wash the pad with soapy water and let it dry. I've had these for at least 5 months and they still work great.
