The box shows the leg, but he’s supposed to come with the arm? Is this correct?

Yes he comes with the arm. The wrong piece was put in the photo. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.

Is this go with the right leg? i have asked cap is left hand, kang is right hand, falcon is left leg, i’m looking for the right leg.

Kang has the right leg. Hasbro’s promo pics are wrong. https://figurelist.co/profile/marvel-legends-kang-2/

does the helmet come off to reveal the face or does the face attach to the surface of the helmet?

The helmet face does not lift up. There is another head that is exposed you can swap out with. You pull the armored head off and push the non armored head on. Same with the hands.
