We just started our sourdough bread journey and this starter kit has everything I needed. The quality is great and i found everything useful! I like that the starter container has measurements on it and that it comes with the elastic band - it makes it easy to track how much the starter rises. The spatula is perfect for mixing and scraping the sides clean. I also baked bread using this kit and the silicone bread sling made it so easy to lift the bread out of the pan with no sticking at all. The cleaning brush was another great surprise and helped clean out dried starter from my old container easily. This kit is practical, beginner friendly, and clearly designed by someone who understands sourdough. Highly recommend.
