I have washed them on a cold wash and seem ok.

I purchased a 36" and the legs were just about the right length, so I'd assume that a 30" will also be a "standard" length, and not too long or short. These are fabulous trousers and I've had several different makes to find these. I'll be getting more. Les

Yeah, me too. Leg is fine but I had to get a 32 waist. Beware though cos I then had to send those back because the fastening hook snapped off when I was just trying them on.
