are they mixed figurines as some said they had lots of snow flakes and very little figurines

I bought these for making snow globes as needed 3D figurines, but was sent 15 3D figures and 15 flat snowflakes which are completely useless to me. The figures are nice but have had to buy two packs for what I need.

Beautifully painted items so vibrant. I have never seen such beautiful figures for using as decoration on xmas cakes. Even the little presents with the bows looked stunning. Hopefully they will last me for years. I can't recommend these highly enough. I can't wait to put them on my Christmas cakes.
