It's one module. That's referring to the number of chips on the module--there are 8 chips on each side, for a total of 16 x 2 GB = 32GB on the whole module.

Is this a jedec compliant ram, or do you need xmp profiles?

This is JEDEC Compliant - Samsung Original.

Is this compatible with a Dell 7410 laptop?

Yes. This module is compatible with the Dell Latitude 14 (7410). It has two memory sockets and a maximum RAM of 64GB, which is achieved using two of these 32GB modules (or the slower 2666MHz version on some systems). Faster modules will work in slower systems; they can clock down to the maximum speed allowed by the system.

Are these Samsung chips as pictured or are they "SpotMarket" brand?

Mine had a sticker that said Samsung and the packaged had a sticker shipped from SpotMarket. Hopefully other people’s reviews can give you more feedback besides mine.
