Perfect motor for hobby uses and great price.
I use this motor to power a 3d printed model tank that I built. Itโs a super high quality motor with plenty of power. I soldered the wires to the motor + and - terminals and it works reliably.

I burnt one of these up with a Spektrum 40 amp 2/3s brushed esc within minutes and 2s on my DEERC.

Motor went up in smoke for a minute but now it works like it should

Cost about one third of a Spektrum unit
Purchased this motor as a test motor. Also purchased a Spektrum motor and the two appear to be identical. The Injora cost about a third vs the Spektrum.

Not a smooth startup, rotor has pits, higher startup speed
I think Itโs more the 3 slot design than the actual product, but it sort of slightly skips and jumps in slow speed crawling and just doesnโt crawl as slow as my 5 slot. Mine also has little pits in the copper rotor where the brushes contact, so that could be causing it to not be smooth as well. Either way just not quite up to expectations, Iโd much rather have the smoothness and slow speed startup of a 5 slot and give up the slightly stronger brake than have it feel cheap and choppy the entire time Iโm slow crawling. Going back to a 5 slot.

do not buy this!
TLDR: DO NOT BUY the 1st one burned up after 2 days of light crawling and now this one after 30 minutes or so of a pretty tame trail run... using a 13T pinion on this with a 3:1 reduction gearbox and a fan running to keep it cool and it was blistering hot when i checked on it after it smoked and the fans were on the ENTIRE time and have kept a trailmaster 540 cool to the touch for over a year, so i think these are just bad motors. idk if i have just had bad luck or what, but this is the 2nd one i have had this happen now from 2 different sellers, so clearly this is a manufacturing issue and not a matter of a bad seller

Got 2ร550 sealed can motors?
I got a closed end can that's 550 in size not 540. I ordered 2x 540 and got 2x 550 motors. So expect the same if you purchase these. Atleast they got the 35T right?

Good price for a brushed motor, was a nice replacement I needed. Installed works great.
