Finally, I am now loosing my excess weight! FANTASTIC! Despite dieting for 2+ years I had continued to gain. But, 2 months ago, my doctor recommended trying Apple Cider Vinegar with fresh apple juice. She insisted that it must be 'with The Mother' so I ordered this product and mixed 1 part ACV to 5 parts juice. I can't say that it's an enjoyable taste but I persevered and found that there's a very satisfying after-effect that subdues any urge to 'snack' between meals. As a result, I've lost weight, easily and consistently, 8kg and counting. I highly recommend the product, but it's not the best value for money. I spotted an identical product in Lidl for £1.99. Yes! A quarter of the price. It's by a different manufacturer but looks and tastes the same and it's effect is the same. For many shoppers, it may not be worth paying £5.50 extra for the substantial cardboard packaging and Amazon delivery.
