Do some of the other colors (lets say grey) come in a matte finish?

You can request matte but it’s gloss standard

Can you print vertically?

I don't know. I never made an order for words to go up and down which is vertical, only left to right which is horizontal. I would reach out to the seller and ask them that question.

how can I contact to you for order something special?

You just type what you want and you will get it
