I and 80 and have arthritis in my fingers. I am sceptical about non-medical 'curers' but some months ago I decided to try Tutmeric, Black Pepper and Ginger capsules (taking two every morning). I know that turmeric is an anti inflammatory so I took them for two or three months then stopped. My arthritis became more painful with reduced dexterity. After several weeks the pain lessened and dexterity improved. So, they are not a cure but they definitely provide relief and improve the quality of life. I have now put them on repeat order, something I have never done on any product. I doubt it matters whose capsules you use as I think they are all the same strength. I don't know how well they work with arthritis in other areas but well worth trying.
