How does this fit in smaller doorways? Mine is only 29”. Will there be too much excess screen?

I had to shop for a screen that had the dimensions that matched my door. I don't know what you would do with the excess 7 inches of screen.

I thought I was getting a white screen not black. Does it come in a white screen?

Can it be installed in between a front door and a storm door without removing existing front or storm, so you can just leave storm door open for dogs?

Yes, this is exactly what I did with my doors. I just attached the top Velcro along the door frame, in between the doors and storm doors, and can prop the storm door open when I need it.

This says it is 82" tall. Can it be cut to a shorter length? My work trailer's door is 36"x66.5".

You could cut the bottom and just either glue or Velcro that magnets or weights on the bottom. They are there for some weight to keep it closing. Don’t cut thru where the actual weights are then just move it up and use string, Velcro or twist ties or tiny zip ties ..EASY it’s an amazing product ..LOVE IT... the other ones are so cheap!!! Hope this helps!!
