I found other plates similar to these in the store and they were so thin, I hesitated to try these. They are not thin like the ones I found in the store. I wouldn't call them thick either but they are substantial enough and a better value than the thinner ones in the store. The have a thin, waxy coat and that helps make them liquid resistant. They are a fun, cheerful color and I would buy them again.

I bought these paper plates for my daughter's "Sip and See" party to celebrate her and to introduce her to our friends and family. The paper plates worked well for piling on food on a buffet table line and sturdy enough to fill and hold while standing or walking around. I would recommend these for any party or get together to add a dash of color. These would also be great to add to a care package to a new parent so they won't have to worry about dishes!

What you see is not what you get. The plate you receive is identical to Wal-Mart party plates, don't pay $2, Wal-Mart sells the same set for $.97. I ordered twice in a row, the plate in the picture has a raised base (in the middle) and the ones I received are totally flat, which isn't a big issue in itself, however I spent a lot of time finding a plate for an upcoming event and I thought this antique-green-seeming plate was just perfect. If you want a candy apple green plate, this is the plate for you!

This would be ideal for a party serving nothing but hors d'oeuvres/appetizers. Plates are not very strong, so don't serve anything heavy on them.

Looks just like the picture. It wasn't super flimsy or anything. Sturdy enough to hold your finger foods without bending and breaking.

This is very nice, I bought these plates for a picnic, they look very nice. They're really good quality and sturdy, I would definately recommend, in the past I have experienced paper plates that just break apart while you're eating, and these would great.

Really didn’t get on with these. Very flimsy and the kids lost food off the plate as they bent so much.

Good quality plate and a lovely vibrant royal blue, more attractive and shiny than the product photo. I would just point out though if purchasing for a craft activity it is important to know that the colour is only on the top side of the plate, the back is plain white.
