Organic Triphala Extract gave me energy, more regularity, and lower sugar level. I am a frequent caffeine drinker, and I actually took 2 to wake me up. I noticed I was less hungry, and more focused. I have a busy job, and I continually receive compliments regarding my positive energy level. I attribute an additional boost from Triphala. I do have HBP, and that remains the same. My last blood sugar reading was lower, but I have been in within adequate readings. I was happy about was I did loose 5 pounds just under a month, additionally my BMI was reduced by 4 points. I did put forth an effort to eat leaner, so there are a few factors that can be impacting the change. I am continuing to take Triphala and will see if I have continued benefits. This is a natural product that is very helpful in regulating intestinal movement for daily satisfaction. I recently had eye surgery that stated I should not "strain" and it was very helpful for me to use 2 capsuls to keep me going!!!

I feel like this is really helping. I think that I need to take two every few days. Ive always had a hard time staying regular but I think I definitely am more regular with this. I’ve also noticed that I have more clean energy when taking this. I take a few supplements and this is a good addition. I like this brand. I love organic supplements. I don’t feel like I am as constipated and bloated when I’m taking this. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks and I will continue to take it. There are no negative side effects at all that I have noticed.

I was so excited to get these because only 1 of them should be equal to 4 1⁄2 of the Planetary Herbals pills which are huge and hard to swallow. Having used triphala for about 3 or 4 years now I have decided I want to never be without them in my life. These are definitely smaller and easier to swallow plus they contain other good things so I gave them 3 stars but they lost 2 stars due to definitely not being as powerful is Planetary Herbals.

I have dealt with colitis and that is very unpleasant. However, diverticulitis attacks can become almost unbearable.I bought a different brand of triphala after reading about triphala and it's benefits, andthose tablets are difficult to swallow. I have choked on those twice and the last time really was frightening.These capsules are easily swallowed and have been a Godsend because they have pretty much stopped the diverticulitis episodes as well as helping with the colitis.There are many other benefits associated with triphala and I will continue to purchase this particular brand.

I've been taking 3 Turmeric and 2 Triphala pills each day and the result was hit and miss. Since I started this one little pill, which took the place of 5 pills, I'm seeing a consistent daily result. Specifically, I'm referring to the Triphala result. We traveled extensively before the pandemic, and expect to resume when allowed, packing one little pill versus 5 big pills on long trips can make a major difference. This is a major, major win!!

I've been taking this triphala supplement for about two weeks now. This is the first time I've taken triphala so I can't compare it to any other brands. So far all I can say for sure is that it hasn't hurt anything - no side effects whatsoever. I'll need to take it longer before I know about benefits.
