My physical therapist recommended that I get shoe lifts to help compensate for the way that Mother Nature designed my body with one leg longer than the other. I've been aware of it, but it hasn't bothered me much all these years. Now that I'm older, my joints are complaining about this discrepancy. My current PT isn't the first one to point this out, but I never stuck to wearing a lift on one side until now. This is going to become my "new normal", and hopefully, it will help balance out my gait and reduce pain and inflammation as a result of body mechanics being off. These gel lifts have the flexibility of being able to stack them if you need to adjust the height of the lift you need. The silicone gel has one sticky side to help stay in place in your shoe once you pick the right spot for insertion. The material is soft, not rigid, and yet does provide the lift required. Supposedly you can wash them and reuse after they've dried out, but I haven't tested that yet. So far, I do feel some benefit when stacking two lifts and applying to the shorter leg's shoe. Hoping that the benefits will continue to evolve over time.

Small fits ladies shoes best. I’ve used these lifts for years in my shoes and sandals. They are adjustable in height. I use 2 together for my lift height. Very comfortable and the adhesive stays in place even in sandals. Washing them renews the adhesive if you have to switch shoes. Price is great. I just bought enough for every pair rather than switching them.

I bought these to elevate the right side of an open-toed sandal that I didn’t want to return. My right leg is shorter than my left from a hip replacement, and I saw these shoes and really wanted them. These lifters worked very well for me to build up the right leg sandal. I had to use super glue to make them stick well, but they worked! I like the variety of sizes in the package. I recommend these!

I bought these at the recommendation of my chiropractor because she detected one leg shorter than the other. I wore them in shoes I wear a lot and my dance shoes & boots. After line dancing for an hour one time, I could hardly walk!! I limped around on a quick trip & when I got back I went to a podiatrist who told me that can happen. He gave me a foot sleeve for support & that helped relieve my pain. So, unfortunately I had to return these. They are very nice quality of you can stand them!! (Pun intended 😝)

Exactly what I needed to be more comfortable walking! The Lifts stay in place…no slipping when walking. I am going to order more for my other shoes.

The heel lift works great and I can't even feel it. I'm no longer walking like Frankenstein! It did slip after about 10 days of daily wear but I was able to put it back & it hasn't moved since. it's nice to be able to walk normally again! If the current set wears out, I will reorder this brand from this seller.

Worked great for my 0.5cm leg length discrepancy. I need especially squishy soles in my shoes because my feet for some reason are sensitive so I was concerned about the density of these heel lifts but they are v squishy and comfortable. Highly recommend.
