I am very happy with the price and quality of this product. It is light-weight and is comfortable to use. The individual parts move easily and no skin pinching .

If I could give this a different rating, I would give it a 100! I've used this roller nightly, for three to five minuters, and gently roll both my feet on top of it. I've had tightness and tingling from my inner arch, to the ends of my toes, reaching on top of my foot. A lot of the tightness has disappeared, and stayed away, after only about a week of use. This is the most comfort I've had in over a decade with my feet. They almost feel normal for a change. It's the best thing I've ever experienced as far as getting a quick result from never ending pain. I would highly recommend.

I say this item is just okay for people with severe back discomfort because it's no different than using a pole of some sort to roll over your back, despite having those grooves. If you can handle the "pain" and some discomfort, I would recommend something with a more aggressive design if you want to feel something happening. That's what I did and this item just sits in the closet now. However, if you have low pain tolerance or just mild back discomfort, this would be very handy to have.3.5/5
