are these tires tubeless?

There is a note on the side of the tire that says "tubeless".

This picture shows a 4.00 - 15 tire. Is this the actual tire you are selling?

What I received was the 6.00 - 16 that was advertised.

Will these fit/work on a 4 inch wide rim? (inside width measurement)

My Massey Ferguson has 4.5” wide front rims, so I cannot guarantee that 4” will work, but auto hobby racers regularly mount wider tires on narrow rims. Basically the tire sidewall just flexes more during cornering. Otherwise I’m pretty happy with these traditional tires.
