I just received this, so going to see how well it works. So far it's easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. The pills are about the same size as Centrum vitamins. I will update my review after a few days on how I feel and if there are a issues with them. I will also update my review after thirty days and then again when I finish the bottle. I was hoping to be spared the headache that others mentioned in reviews, but soon after taking 1 capsule on the 2nd day, a mild headache formed. As a migraine sufferer, I am grateful it remained mild @ level 3'ish all day, but here on the morning of the 3rd day (no capsule today), the headache is a little worse at 4 or 5. I'm pretty bummed out by this as I'm in the middle of a huge project and the extra energy and focus was great for a day or two but now I can barely get out of bed due to throbbing headache. I'd say it's worth a try as it seems a larger percentage of users gain benefit with no headache, but be aware of the potential and that the products is non-returnable.
