Is this spatula made of Silicone or rubber? Why are both listed? Very confusing?

If it is truly heat resistant up to 600 F., then it is silicone. Natural rubber will melt way before it reaches 600 degrees F.

I really don’t know, but is probably China. Love this spatula/ spoon. I reaches all the way to the bottom of Vita mix and scrapes clean every little groove. Ordered a second one. Great for storing tea in pitcher.
