Save your money get something else
After use if one year and 2 months this is the condition. I purchased it in november 2023. From feb 2025 it started leaking gas. After three complaints, no resolution till date every 2-3 days the service centre guys call and give excuses. No service in bangalore city i cant image the condition in tier 2 or tier 3 city. I am not sure what is wrong with pigeon, but the customer care support executives are making excuses. They are just saying that rusting is not our problem and it is not covered under warranty. The Service Center people are saying that the rusting happened because we repaired the gas from outside. I donโt know what is the logic behind this, but worst service from pigeon. I do not recommend this product to anyone completely devastated since the last five months, there is no resolution of the complaint and they are not helping at all. in five months, I have Complaint four times and the service person has visited our home around 6 to 7 times. They come click the photos and go and WhatsApp the photos two days later then again two days later, they ask us to send the photos, and this is only that is happening. There is no resolution worst product ever everything is just rusted and breaking down and they are not helping us. They are not accepting that this is a manufacturing fault. They are saying that this is because of us. A gas stove is supposed to be near water. I donโt know how rusting is our problem. I have used โน800 Surya gas and they are far better than this. they donโt rust even after 15 years, horrible product from pigeon, please, avoid. Update: They denied service completely. This is waste.

Make sure u packing is unbrokeable
Packing is damaged also the stand is damaged. Product is Not working

Colour should be same of both trays
Useful product, good glass quality but it's tray have different colour one is blue and other one is white so please take care of it next time

**UNSAFE** The stove was delivered in good condition, After the first use, the flame turns off unexpectedly during use. This issue happens repeatedly and raises serious safety concerns due to the fear of gas leakage. The product currently feels unsafe to use.

Pigeon 3 burner stove
I ordered the 3 burner stove, and had received only 2 stand. I returned it and got the product this time with all 3 pan stands. Product is decent, it's a compact stove. One big burner and 2 medium size burners.
