Product: The mirror and assembly appeared to be made well. However, I was disappointed by the lack of quality control in it. The bracket for mounting on the frame went on easily. The mirror was another issue as the bolt that mounted it to the bracket did not completely seat into the mirror frame (without damaging it) and when it was seated as far as possible, it still left a significant gap and the mirror slightly dangling. It could not be tightened any further without damage or stripping the internal threads. The only way it would work would be the addition of at least 3 or 4 washers on each mirror, which is ridiculous. The boxes also included sticky pads for installation, but were not included on the parts list or instructions. Shipping: For some reason, this order was sent through the USPS (instead of UPS), which is useless because of a USPS policy in Tenn that does not allow them to deliver any packages if the carrier has to walk more than 50 feet or place there vehicle in reverse to turn around. Thus, I had to drive into town and pick it up from the post office myself. Review update: After the quality control issues on my first order, I was immediately contacted by Kemimoto. Due to their quick response (unlike others that I've tried) I decided to take a chance an order a new pair of mirrors. This pair was able to be properly installed without any issue, so I gave it an additional star for the rating. The materials appear to be sturdy and assembly/installation was extremely simple. The mirrors have held their positions throughout various riding conditions, with is certainly a positive aspect. The glass was clear and not distorted like others. However, the design issue that can't be controlled was the very limited view from the right side mirror (photo 2). It is suppose to be designed for use on the Polaris Ranger 1000 vehicles, but the size (width) of the mirror and design of the mount, hinder an effective view from the right side mirror. The right side mirror is of little use, except to lean over and angle it down. I mounted it as low as possible to gain a better view, but the factory installed hand grip and the size of the mirror are of little use to a driver. It could only be useful for a passenger. Recommended: Yes, but with design updates as also noted in other reviews.
