Tricky to set up but if you do it step by step works fine

I recently purchased 2 of theses and was disappointed to find out that it is not Windows Hello compatible and even more surprised when I did a little more researched and found a device that was not only compatible but cheaper. I am not blaming anyone for my purchase, I should have done more research before I made the purchase and I know better but you would think all companies that sell tech would be compatible with Windows. So my question is when can I expect a firmware update to bring this product into the 21st century? My score reflects the lack of compatibility with one of the most used applications in the world.

Doesn't work with Linux

There aren’t as many websites that support this as I’d like but that isn’t a fault of the product. The reality is that the industry has largely focused on single-use codes sent by text message or generated by Authenticator app. While it works very well, it’s effectively been outdated by other 2FA technologies.

I manage a network of over 7,000 computers and this device has made logging in seamless. Works fine on a windows 11 operating system.

The product flat out does not work. I am an advanced professional computer user. I am very familiar with the product type and useage. I was trying to save money. I will now get another yubi key

Does the job perfectly fine Only negative is that it doesn't have NFC but I use it a secondary one for my PC. Although it is a bit annoying when sometimes I need to login on my phone but cannot find my NFC Yubikey and my Thetis is the only option around

Hat mich bisher nicht im Stich gelassen. Sehr schade, dass es nicht mit Windows Hello kompatibel ist, da es sehr zuverlässig ist und ich von anderen Produkten bisher enttäuscht wurde.

I had to contact customer support to discover that this product cannot be used as a biometric device to log in to Windows. Part 2. These imbeciles don't know how to support Linux either. Some security product 🙄 There, I saved you time and money.
