This is very good salmon…great flavor and the texture is very firm which I love.. better than the soft previously ordered Norwegian salmon .. I recommend thawing before cooking in the oven . I tried to cook it from frozen but it didn’t do it justice at all.This company has excellent customer service. I contacted them because a shipment was going to arrive after I left on a trip .. I don’t know how they did it but the next afternoon it was delivered… awesome ! I have reordered at least 6 times and highly recommend.

Have bought frequently and never disappointed. Well packed and wild caught NOT foreign farm raised and fed un-natually. Will buy and buy again!

The Alaskan Sockeye Salmon along with (caramelized) Dried Wild Lingonberries from Northwest Wild Foods and capers was delicious!I fry the fish with Kerrygold butter, add the ligonberries alongside about halfway through, caramelize them with honey and a sprinkle of sugar as you pull the fish. Top with fresh capers and ligonberries and serve.The salmon by itself is delicious, and very fresh tasting coming from a western Washington resident. The ligonberries are tart, and they're freeze-dried, so they just start to re-hydrate then I add the butter sugar and honey. They end up crunchy and sweet on the outside but soft and a bit tart on the inside, bursting with flavor!

Nice size fillers and good flavor

This the best salmon by far. I am on my third box . Try panko crusted salmon with dijon mustard recipe. Look for recipe on youtube.
