This is one of the unique wet grinder with tap feature. Yes u don't need to move the grinder here and there or pull the stone to drain the batter. Place the grinder in one place. Once the batter is ready, open the tap for the batter to come out. Hazzle free of use and more convenient for ladies. It is most under rated product in Amazon due tomorrow competition with other products in the market. It is coimbatore based model, but u have the service in all the cities, but check it for your city before you buy, but excellent product. No doubt about it.

Concept is good
I'm writing my review after 1month of purchase. On my first order got defective product which was stopped running for the second time load, we got delivered used wet grinder and which was a defective. Then we replaced with new product... Thanks to Amazon immediately they replaced the product. About product concept is good where our fingers won't get wet to clean or remove the batter. But machine gets heated up soon... Not sure how long it works... Doesn't deserve to pay 8k for this product.
