R+Co Trophy Shine + Texture Spray

My stylist used this product on me at my last haircut. I loved the scent and the way it tamed flyaways on my fine sometimes frizzy hair without weighing it down. I purchased for at-home use and it adds the same sleek look that you'd get from a fresh blowout at a salon.

I'm new to shorter "styled" hair so I'm behind the times. I'd resigned to grow out the layers and get my super long hair back because no matter what I tried and/or bought to style my hair made my hair either dull, crispy or stiff helmet head. I'm 61 and I think super long hair no matter how lovely it is looks creepy on a woman my age. I want chic and modern!I spend a fortune on good products and do it gladly but when it came to styling products I was amazed at how most of the products out here are just crap. On first use I got my volume and a look of well conditioned locks behaving nicely on my head :)bonus...I keep my shine I work so hard to keep!!!

This spray is great anywhere you need to add texture. My stylist has me hooked on it. I spray it on to finish my look and then mess up my hair just a little for perfect volume. Love it!

This product does what it says it will do and it did add shine and texture. However the scent is very strong and not pleasant to me. So I use this item sparingly. I know smell is subjective so others may like it….

I was excited to try this product because I feel most texture sprays make your hair look dry/dull. Unfortunately, this didn’t live up to the “shine” portion that it advertises. The texture is decent. Smell is not great but not offensive. I find that if I spray into my fingertips and then scrunch into my hair I have more control over how much and where the texturizing is happening. I’m not sure if I would buy it again given the higher price point and the lack of shine I was really hoping for. There are a lot of other texture sprays out there that are just as good for texture. I would say maybe this is a pass.

My best friend used this on my hair for a concert and I have been obsessed ever since. It adds great shine and keeps the curls or style in for a full day at least. I wake up and my hair still looks good.

It is great for people who have a fresh blowout but need texture and volume without the overdrying effects of dry shampoo. It adds a nice shine, too!
