Hi, started taking only top quality supplements and Thorne is one of my go to brands. There is an incredible difference in taking a quality supplement that has exactly what the label says it has in the amount it says it has it! I have taken both 3 mg and 5 mg and have done so four years. there is a dramatic difference in my night’s sleep when I do not take one of these before bed. The value of melatonin is not only just for the ease of sleep, but also for brain health! I highly recommend investing in yourself by taking this brand of melatonin over one you might find in the drugstore that is filled with other ingredients of no value.

Good company, good product!
I just got through listening to a podcast featuring one of the premiere sleep doctors in the country and he points out that taking anything over five milligrams of melatonin it's not a great idea, so I did a little research and found this company thorne and all they make is 5mg and they do it for a reason, a good reason, your health and well-being! good product try it.. It works!
