I had been taking 2, 3mg time release tablets of another brand before bedtime and sometimes had to take a 3rd after waking up early AM and not being able to get back to sleep. I just take one before bedtime and it literally keeps me in a deep sleep until it's time to wake up. and I've had no problems falling back to sleep if I need bathroom breaks in the middle of the night. What a blessing!!!

My grandfather has trouble sleeping at night. I got these for him to try. Some nights they work quite well and he gets a good nights rest. Other nights, they don't seem to work at all. I just got through listening to a podcast featuring one of the premiere sleep doctors in the country and he points out that taking anything over five milligrams of melatonin it's not a great idea, so I did a little research and found this company thorne and all they make is 5mg and they do it for a reason, a good reason, your health and well-being! good product try it.. It works!
