The quality of this hat is exceptional. I love the style and I feel that it will wear well for many years to come.I measured my head as instructed but I feel that the hat is a bit larger than I was expecting. I do, however, remember that they said that the hat is "designed to be worn low on your head and slightly loose. It should be held on by gravity, not by painful pressure on your forehead". They also said that the "hat should be loose enough that you can rotate it to the left and right, and lift it up and down, without friction on your forehead." So, based on that, I understand why my hat, while very comfortable, felt a bit large. I will take their advice and use the cord when it is windy.When it is all said and done, this hat is amazing. This company knows what they are doing when it comes to hats, so follow their instructions for measuring and on how to care for your hat. I love my hat and I highly recommend it.

This is the third Tilley hat my husband had purchased. One, thirty years old, just big the dust and this is the replacement. He's a happy guy.

I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves his new Tilley hat! Hubby doesn’t normally like to wear hats but he makes sure to wear it every time he goes outside! I can’t believe it ! We are both very HaPpY! Looks good on him too :)

This is now my go to hat for all things outside. I live in a hot area of Texas but the all canvas material is perfect for what I need. The weight of the canvas helps keep it on my fat noggin. There are a lot of hats out there but this seems to be well thought out and best made. My wife says I look like humpty dumpty with ball caps but she says this one looks pretty cool. Gotta keep "momma" happy. Good buy...I'm happy with it.

I love my Tilley hat, but I was disappointed that the natural color hat now has a green under-brim. When I bought this one, I thought I was buying the natural color, but it is closer to a taupe. I returned it.

Great hat, great fit, great style, great overall

This is the second Tilley Hat my husband has acquired over the years. The first one never goes far from his head whether he is gardening or outside for any other purpose.

Hat is very well made keeps the sun and rain off. Robust and prefect fit for my size.
