I wear a size 36-38dd-ddd depending on brand and type of bra, just under 200 lbs but 5' 9" I ordered these in the xxl and I am such a fan!! I could've ordered the xl as these fit well but I'm not 'squished in' for something like running. I am not a runner, I hike and do a typical type work out at home, I feel secure enough for work outs but also comfortable enough I've been wearing them almost daily. The only reason I took a star off is the removable pads, not only can they come out in the wash..they're a little small, my side boob tends to bulge out a little. I'm pretty sure this isn't noticeable to someone else but I prefer the molded cups for these 2 reasons because it bothers me. They wear great otherwise and are very comfortable. My cleavage sweat doesn't seem to be as bad as some others I've tried too. I also tend to struggle with this style as it fatigues my bad shoulder with simply just wearing it, I'm sure sizing up helped but the thickness of the straps really helps to spread the weight and toll on my shoulder as well! Over all- I would definitely buy again for the price and just may to get more color options!

THIS IS THE ONE! This is the sports bra you've been looking for! This is the one for runners and for my ladies with the larger cups. It has enough support to run and work out in. Includes removeable pads. Great colors, great price. I'm a DD and went with Medium. I could probably do a small to make it tighter, but would probably have trouble taking it off. Depending on your preference of support and coverage, size accordingly. If you have a larger frame, Med and up because it is tight.

Not a good match if you need support for saggy breasts. I'm a 38DDD and neither the XL nor the XXL provided enough coverage or support. I'd call it low support - barely enough for yoga, except they wouldn't hold them in when I'm bending over. Disappointing, because they're comfortable, have nice colors and smell fine (unlike some others I've ordered that had a gross plastic-y odor).

Cons • Boxy Silhouette: It does not provide a feminine shape and makes you look a bit boxy, though most high-impact sports bras tend to do that anyway. • Synthetic Materials: The bra is made from a nylon and spandex blend rather than sustainable or natural fibers, which may be a consideration if you prefer breathable, organic fabrics against your skin.

Multiple reviews said go up a size because they run small. This is NOT my experience. I'm a 40E. I usually go down a size in sports bras, because I need my boobs strapped in when I run. I got a 3xl and they are too big. Hardly any support, will not be able to run in these. They look nice, but that's about it.
