Very nice rug for the price! it's bright and just like the picture. The only issue i had with it was a funky mildewy smell (the item was dry) but i've put it in the wash on COLD and will air dry it. it really that much of an issue for an item that was probably made very quickly on an assembly line so whatevs

Colors are nice not garish
I took a chance in buying this little rug but I liked the colors as they appeared on my computer. It turned out the colors are bright and complimentary with each other, not garish. This is a classic rag rug. When it needs it, I plan to launder it in the washing machine but have not done that yet. A week or so after this rug arrived I order another one just like it but a runner. It has the same colors as the first one. I was a little skeptical it would but it turned out ok.

there is very little cotton fabric in this item
this item was described as 100% cotton, but when I took it apart for crafting, I found only one fabric that was cotton in the mix -- all the others are types of polyesters and lightweight nylons. Awful stuff.

Disappointed
I would not recommend buying this rug. What I received looked nothing like what was pictured. The picture shows bright, vibrant colors. What I received was washed out and drab. There was hardly any color variation, if you consider dingy tan and pale yellow to be color.
