Works as intended. Fast, durable, and easy to use. It takes alittle practice. Stick with it and you will have shiny beautiful hair. No frizz. Great volume.

Worth every penny!
Worth every penny! My hair takes forever to dry, and because of a prior injury it is hard to blowdry and straightening causes damage. It saves time and my hair from heat damage. I love the different attachments and how easy it is to switch between them. I feel like this would be great to travel with as is does not take up too much space, I replaced an entire drawer of hair tools with just this. I cannot speak on longevity of the product as it is fairly new, but I've been using CHI products for years now and they have yet to disappoint. Hands down greatest purchase I've ever made for my hair!

Great styler
I really loved this it's very easy to use and style my hair well and quickly. The only downside is one of the little clips that holds the attachments on snapped off only a year after I purchased it. This means that none of the attachments will go on and now I have to throw it out.

Garbage. Heating element died.
Complete garbage. Bought the first one and the heating element died after one month. Returned and got a replacement. The second one lasted 7 months until the heating element died. Just blows cold air. Thankfully I held onto my trusty conair. Save your money.

perfect for my fine hair
AT FIRST I DIDNT LIKE IT THOUGHT THE BLOW WAS NOT TOO FAST was planning on returning. Second time I used it with the hair brush looking one and thats what i use it with i have fine hair. It dries perfect timing and straight enough not like a chicken nest like my revlon regular blowdryer. so I definetly like it now and its my go to.

Not built to last.
I have loved this blow dryer. Sadly though, not even 2 years old and it won’t hold attachments. I don’t use it daily. I would have expected an appliance at this price point to last 3 years or more.

Fantastic Hair Tool !!!
I've used a lot of this style blowout brush hair dryer... this one is fantastic !!! I have long hair and it doesn't get tangled in this one. The power button does not get turned off as you use it. It's quieter than most. Dries even with the thickest amount of hair wrapped around the brush because the blower is powerful. The attachments attach easily and stay attached as they lock into place. I tried to find something negative about it... wasn't able to !!!

best blowdry brush i've ever had, except...
this blowdryer is the best i've ever used, until it exploded on me! i bought it in 2021 and it's been amazing since, but a couple of weeks ago it started sparking into my hair and stopped working. came to buy another and the product has doubled in price! better than any other blow dry brush option but i can't justify the price, and it doesn't come with the correct plug despite being sold in the aus store

Easy to use
It’s super easy to use, result is amazing, all the attachments work well, but it the device gets REALLY hot after use, to a point where it’s difficult to change the attachment because it is just too hot to touch
