This was a replacement for my original-GREAT
Works great.... pumps that kayak up in no time....My original one was a little different and I popped the sides out of it, but kept using it..so now the difference in speed is amazing.

I knew this product from its previous cousin which developed a leak after 3 years. This one works as advertised..

Good up till it isn't.
I have had two of these in a period of about 5 years. They both failed eventually, but worked great up until failure. The bellows come loose from the strap that binds it to the plates, and the inner workings- mostly plastic pieces- give out. I am looking for a new pump, and will avoid buying this one if I can.

It has problems
I have one that came with my kayak. The steel bands that hold the bellows to the pump frame keep coming off, no matter how tight I screw them down. I've had to repair them a half dozen times in 2 years. Then the hinge between the side pieces is just plastic and mine broke. Now I have to replace the pump. Most of the positive reviews are written after just a few uses. Give it a year and see if the writers say the same thing.

Junk that will let you down
I grew up using foot pumps to inflate rafts. Even inexpensive brands were reliable. This one blew out only after a couple of dozen uses, and ruined our weekend. Poorly designed and made. Sea Eagle accessories are terrible, and do a disservice to their generally well made watercraft.
