Perfect for making sourdough starter. It’s easier to scrape the sides without leaving residue. I can remove the inner wrings to give it a proper but not tight fitting when performing this process. One of the lids was already broken when I took the jars out of the box. Not a good sign regarding the sturdiness of these jars. Good thing I bought extra plastic lids.
