This seems like a good quality product. We use it in cereal, oatmeal and cookies. We are new to these types of products and this sprouted mix seems to have more benefits. If you use it sparingly, it goes a long way and does not alter the flavor of our food items much. We have not experienced any digestive issues with it. We store the opened bag in the refrigerator to ensure freshness. So far, so good. Happy with it.

Love this blend! I put it in my oatmeal every morning and mix it in my yogurt as well. Great texture, taste, and of course, great health benefits especially for those who care about their gut health!

Wonderful product. Add to smoothies and our homemade yogurt daily. Definitely a great fiber that would benefit many people who want natural fiber.

I love the ground seeds. They hardly have a taste. Maybe a slight nutty taste but can hardly tell. You can't taste them in your drink so thats good. High quality bag. Low quality zipper. If we are paying $15 for just 1lb of seeds, you better make sure your customers can keep their seeds fresh. It broke the moment i opened them gently. I put them in a zip lock bag instead to keep them fresh. Hoping they fix this issue.

This product is different from most flaxseed/chia powder mixes; it is a 50/50 blend, whereas most cheaper ones have more flax in it (as it is the cheaper seed), and this also has 100% SPROUTED seeds, which makes them more nutritious per gram (so you don't need as much either). Sprouting also makes them easier to digest and absorb all the nutrients. Read the back of the package (pic attached) for more details. I read a review saying they tasted sour, which I don't really agree with. This is a product of Canada and is certified organic both by ECOCERT and the USDA. It is gluten free, kosher, vegan and non-GMO and the package is lined to keep the product fresh, and it's resealable (like a ziploc bag). I add it to smoothies, overnight oats, muffins and cakes when I bake - and the kids would never know the difference, but I know we all reap health benefits. I just wish Amazon would carry the 16 oz packages too.

Wonderful product. Great on porridge or to thicken up a smoothie but the fact that it’s sprouted really boosts it’s nutritional impact.

Delicious! Absolutely delicious!!!! And what a blessing to find these. I always wanted to eat chia but my tummy didn’t like chia for some reason! Then I found this sprouted chia and flax blend. Well I can say I’m very happy to report that my tummy is happy and my taste buds are happy and my guts are happy !!!! Absolutely amazing , I sprinkle some on my over night oats every day and enjoy all the goodness.

Put on my oatmeal and on my greek yogourt. Great way to increase fibre & nutrition!
