I bought an old bow at a garage sale for my kids to play with. The loops are much bigger than I needed as this old bow is only about an inch wide. The string is probably made for a newer and wider bow. To keep the string from slipping I put it on the bow and tied string around the open loop and tied it shut. It works for what we need it for but if you need exact fit make sure what bow you have and if it will handle a big loop or not.I do not think the design is wrong. I think I did not know what I needed when I bought it. Hard to figure out based on the description given.

The loops on the ends are two different sizes. One barely fits and the other is two sizes too small. Can't put it on the bow because of this.

Awesome works great Wonderful quality the bow string is just as well done as a expensive one I shoot alot and seen alot of strings but this is so good I'm buying more for my other bows soon

Echoing the comments regarding non-labeling of strand number and length on package. Also, the individual lengths of non-braided strings seems odd. Haven't used it yet so the jury is still out on that aspect.

I expected the strands to be braided or twisted into a solid string, instead the bow string consisted of long individual strands. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars for delivery & order accuracy.

This was a great birthday gift for my dad. Works great. The ordering can be tricky, so you just really need to pay attention to which type of length measurement you are looking at. I do have some extra strings in the wrong size because I misread when picking my size.

At first i opened the mail and saw the package was unlabled for length and was all like whaaaa?! but then i measured the string and it was rite so everything went better than expected. Nice new waxed string for the bow. would buy form again.

The 54" string was ok. The 57" was not. Too big of a loop on one end than the other. Barely stays on bow. Have to sew loop to fit the notch.
