I purchased this as a gift for my daughter who has flat feet. Her feet hurt her quite a bit everyday; I help her with them every time she visits by massaging them for her. However, she needs something easy to use for between visits before and after work that will help provide relief. That's why I gave her this last Christmas.We both actually tried the massager and had different feelings about it. I thought it felt really good and was glad it didn't hurt to put weight on it like a similar product we'd used a few years ago. I, however, don't have problems with my feet. They don't hurt like my daughter's do everyday.When my daughter tried the massager, she said it actually hurt to put weight on it. Because of her flat feet, she has chronic plantar fasciitis. We both thought the reason it was painful to use the roller massager because of her pre-existing condition. I suggested not putting as much weight on it the next time. She tried that and said it didn't hurt as much, and agreed it would be beneficial to her to use it between visits.Overall, I have to give this a 5 because it is comfortable to use and works the way the seller and manufacturer say it does. I'm sure it will provide my daughter a lot of relief as long as she does use it daily.

I have this on the rug next to my sleeper bed in my big rig. I use it everyday. At first it was weird and a little hard to get use to. It's not super soft so it gives a sense of a needle like feeling but after using for a few days. I got use to that feeling and this helps me with my feet pain. Possible helps me throughout me day. This was a good buy for me and a win win!

Not too bad. This is something that you'll have to do on a daily basis if you have plantar fasciitis. I've noticed I miss a day the pain comes back. There is relief after doing this for about 10 to 15 minutes. You can do it sitting down or standing up. I think the best way to put more pressure down is standing up. It really stretches the muscles and the tendons in the arches. I also roll it on the side of edges of my foot. This is definitely something that I will be taking to work. I do a lot on my feet as a nurse. Normally after my shift I can barely walk. This tool definitely helps relieve the sore feet after my 12 hour shift. I wish this was a miracle tool however the pain does come back. I would look at this as temporary relief. I tend to do this a few times a day in order to get the most relief. It's made of a hard plastic a very durable. This isn't an item that you can freeze. The roller has these little spikes that helps apply the pressure to the areas. I recommend the item for temporary pain relief. Try to use everyday though or multiple times today to be most effective

One of the best tools to relieve plantar fasciitis that I have found. I have struggled with it for years and spent hundreds if not thousands on products attempting to relieve the pain. This has worked best for me besides reflexology.

This item definitely meets my expectations. Enjoying using it for my neuropathy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ordered this for foot pain. I've only used it a couple times but felt like the plastic its made from is too hard and was actually uncomfortable It didn't cost much money and was worth a try but if I had to do all over again I probably wouldn't buy this. The second time I used it, I wore a sock and that was some better but still not what I'm looking for.

I had two made just like this but in different colors, and I'll never be without them again.I recommend them to almost everyone I know. The principle of foot massage is so simple -- especially if you sit at a desk at home all day -- and two of these are much more maneuverable than a long rectangular wooden one made for two feet.I gave one to my late mother-in-law when she shifted from the office to remote work, and she loved it. She also did learn to KEEP IT AWAY FROM DOGS. Neither of us saw it coming when her very small dog decided to take it on as an enormous opponent.These are SO great -- a hugely beneficial health tool for a very, very low price. One is enough for one foot at a time. If you're really short like me, get two so your feet reach something solid while you work -- and you keep your circulation moving!

I purchased this as an experiment for my plantar fasciitis and it works great. I use it while watching tv in the evenings or when I am standing. I prefer to use the roller while wearing socks because I have sensitive feet. It does help with pain relief and to stretch the bottom of my foot.

totally not what I expected. I'm a Shiatsu Therapist and this to hard as rock, not good on feet at all.

Great product! Great price. I like this very much for my feet. It’s a great foot exercise in general. My feet often hurt and I get cramps and this provides relief. I’ve had it for months and it’s been working well!

This was much smaller than I had hoped for the width for my foot.

This roller works very well for massaging your feet or to relieve pain from plantar fascia. Solid construction will last forever unless your dog thinks it’s a toy for him!

Good hard material, doesn't bend with the pressure of your foot, strong nubs to help with reflexology!
