This MCT oil is truly odorless, colorless, and tasteless. While the oil quality itself seems good, the dispenser on the cap is terrible. I understand the design is meant to keep air out, but you have to squeeze the bottle quite hard to get any oil out, making it impossible to control the flow. Every time I try to pour a small amount onto a spoon, it shoots out and splatters all over my hands and the counter. Now, I just take the entire cap off, pour it onto the spoon, and close it back up. Great oil, but the bottle design needs a major update.

This stuff REALLY WORKS to eliminate the "brain fog" you get for the first day or so when you go max on the low-carb diet. Tastes light. Not terrible by the spoonful, but great to toss into your salad with a bit of vinegar and some herbs. It's a BIG bottle ... but it's priced right.

I don't know if it has increased energy. I haven't noticed anything different. It moves bowels in less than 30 minutes. The cap opens up to a squirt opening, but the squirt cannot be directed into a tablespoon for measuring which is how I take it. It is best to just take the whole cap off and pour it into the tablespoon otherwise the oil goes everywhere. My husband uses it along with tallow to cook omelets. We have purchased 3 bottles of this brand. We are trying another brand just to see if there is a difference in our energy and focus.

I use this basically for any dish .. great with salads , fish .. and if the food is a bit salty this neutralises the flavours instantly... Must have !
