Just HOW do the ingredients in RepHresh vaginal gel restore your vagina's ph levels

This particular product appears to be peroxide as the main ingredient, which will release H+ ions into the vagina and decrease pH (make it more acidic). Lactobacillus bacteria thrive in a more acidic environment so therefore it will fix the bacterial imbalance.

Does this product get rid of BV?

It depends. I got rid of mine only by using a combination of metronidazole and this product but my bv is due to hormonal imbalance. I always have some spotting, it's not really very noticeable and it took awhile to figure out. Since blood is present in vaginal area at all times, bacteria begins to grow. I use this product right after my period and it eliminates this problem. However, I used it every 3-4 days for the first 2 months. I hope this helps, I know how much suffering this can cause.

The RepHresh Vaginal Gel cures the fishy odor or is it a temporary thing??

I cant say that it cures it but I use it once a week and have no odor at all. I feel better about using it than going with out it. I'm not sure that I would have to use it weekly but it is refreshing.
