I've doubled my milk production now I have a correctly fitting flange I'm so happy, so much more comfy too.

Great exactly what i needed and alot more comfortable than others. Used on medela and lansinoh pumps.

I'm really pleased that this fits the Medela swing flex so well. I like that the connector is longer as with the shields provided by Medela, my nipples were being drawn in too far and hitting the pump. It's fantastic to have access to these new flange sizes as Medela's are quite restricted. My only criticism is that the shield is very steep, and round which is not an optimal for large breasts, I end up having to shove extra breast tissue in there, then wiggling the shield around to line up over my nipple to ensure that it's in far enough to be effective. If they sold a more oval shaped/shallower shield I would definitely buy it. This has doubled my output and is really helping with supplementing, overall I'm very pleased and would recommend.

I have the Medela manual pump and it only comes with the 24mm flange.. that was ridiculous and made pumping very uncomfortable. I looked into it a bit more and realised I needed a much smaller flange. This one works and fits the pump (and me!) perfectly. It actually feels more like baby feeding than It does pumping. It comes with two flanges and a little brush to clean the insert. Would definitely advise if you have a need for a smaller flange.

I’m beyond happy with this product. My breast pump came with a 30mm insert and a 25mm insert and both were absolutely painful to use. After doing some research I found out that most women are actually a 17mm. I measured myself and added 2mm as recommended (I actually needed a 14mm but that doesn’t exist so went with a 15mm). The 15mm insert fits great and there was absolutely zero pain, I’ve been able to harvest colostrum for when my baby arrives. Will definitely order again if and when I need a bigger size as that can happen through feeding. Thanks!! :)

Not compatible with Medela Freestyle, despite claiming to be in the description and product title. Reached out to the seller a couple of times and never heard back from them so had to go through Amazon for a refund

Much better flange size for pumping but not great for larger breasts as funnel section too small and not flared enough and as a result very easy to lose suction. Need to hold onto breast rather than being able to use pumping bra.

No other flanges fit me as made by standard manufacturers as I need a very small size. I’ve been pumping to support feeding for 18 months and my pump recently broke. I bought a new medela hand pump as it was easy to get last minute, then ordered these to fit. They are a game changer, the first time I’ve pumped in comfort and it makes the whole experience much quicker too!

Bought this to go with my Medela Pump in Style with Max Flow. It attaches perfectly to my pump with no other pieces or accessories required.

I use this on my Lansinoh manual pump while my baby nurses on the other side during night feeds to relieve engorgement. They also fit on the electric double breast pump. The quality is amazing! I have Medela brand flanges as well and they have sharp edges (so when I massage during pump sessions to get the milk out more efficiently, they are uncomfortable on my breasts); these Maymom flanges have smooth edges so I much prefer these! I love all of the side options offered from this brand as the 1 or 2 sizes most brands offer is for a lot of women not enough.

Très déçue de cet article qui n'offre pas une bonne étanchéité. L'air passe pendant le tirage et donc l'aspiration est considérablement affaiblie. Je ne peux pas tirer correctement mon lait avec cette téterelle.

Pas compatible avec le Medela Swing Maxi handfree 😣
