I purchased the Strawberry Watermelon flavor. The powder mixes really well. I add to a cup of water and stir with a spoon. Taste is decent, might try a different flavor. I usually take this before a workout. Each can will last a good while (month to month and a half) depending on your workout schedule. It has been a nice addition to my overall supplement use. Please Note: I get more of a watermelon flavor than I do strawberry. Not a huge watermelon fan personally, but it's not bad. Not too sweet of a supplement.

This is like my fifth purchase and this last one The taste is different — it leaves a chemical aftertaste, not like it used to.

When I go on strenuous hikes or long ski days, I almost always get painful cramps the following evening. These cramps can be so bad I am afraid to go to bed for fear of waking up screaming. I've tried multiple different electrolyte powders and drinks and they all help a little, but this brand seems to have double the sodium and electrolyte ingredients in one serving. Maybe it's also the combination of the BCAAs & amino acids with the electrolytes. Whatever the magic, for the first time ever, I have been able to participate in hard hikes and even a difficult backpacking trip without experiencing painful leg cramps. My only complaint is the sweetener is over the top artificial tasting. I tend to add 1/2 serving of Gatoraid powder or Mio to my drinks to disguise the flavor. I wish they would switch to Stevia sweetener. Other than the flavor, this is the best I've tried and the price is pretty reasonable to boot.

For the price this is one of the cleanest and easiest powders to use. I drink it throughout the workout and it hydrates me and allows me to push through my sets.

Good price compared to others & ingredients are exactly what you need for hydration and recovery it last me a long time I normally drink daily and always feel amazing

After I significantly increased my workout to increase my overall strength. I noticed just cold water wasn’t cutting it. Went online found this amino build with electrolytes. I gotta say gives me the extra umph i need during my workouts. The recommended dosage mentioned is obviously a little extreme. I use half a scoop in 500ml of water. Or full scoop in like 750-800 ml. That’s a good amount. Not too sweet or not too toddler lemonade stand taste because their mom’s forced them to do for a extra few bucks because they think their child gonna be responsible with the money in reality they gonna go buy some candy.

I bought this product in June 2022 and opened it today means 15th Sept for usage. The product seems rotten when I mixed it with water. Taste was extremely bitter. Never going to buy this product from this seller again.
