Go to fish oil for EPA/DHA balance. A little fishy taste but take with food and it goes away.

The best available Omega-3 supplementation
This is the real deal in Omega-3 supplementation. I have every confidence that the product is what is stated on the label, that it is fresh, and that the ingredients are bio-available. I began trusting the Carlson Omega-3 supplements years ago - One month into taking them I began seeing an increase in my range of motion with my back and legs. I also use other Carlson products, as my trust - based on my experience with their Omega-3 - is solid. The Gems are reasonably-sized, easy to swallow, and have no after taste or repeat (for me). I will continue to purchase!

Great vitamin!! Highly recommend!!
This is one of the best Omega-3 Fatty Acids you can take. I have a strict vitatmin regimen that I follow to combat osteoporosis and this is a key part of the plan. I've never had an issue with indigestion which is very common when taking "fish oil" vitamins. And, the price is phenomenal.

Interfers with Blood Pressure Medication
There should be a warning on the bottle's label that this product is not compatible with certain blood pressure medication especially beta blockers.I wasn't happy that the supplement caused problems with Metoprolol my blood pressure medication and I had to stop taking the supplement. An expensive purchase.
