The best modelling paste
I teach at a cake school and Saracino is the only paste I will use for modelling. It really is a game changer. It’s smooth, doesn’t crack is so forgiving. It’s rock hard in the pack but don’t worry that’s how it’s supposed to be. Soften in small pieces. If it’s really hard in cold weather just put in the microwave for literally 2 or 3 seconds.

Amazing quick drying modelling paste
Amazing quick drying modelling paste. It solidified as I was working with it so I used the microwave for a few seconds to help me work with it but The taste is also so delicious as compared to other modelling pastes I've tried before. I absolutely love it! Follow us on Instagram @thekazmibakery
