Really helps a lot
It works for me. I have a desk job which requires a lot of concentration and this helps me relax and focus. There is a definite improvement in the level of concentration. I take one capsule before starting work.

Donot buy
No use , even after using it for almost a month . Not even a gram has reduced . Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
