Safe magnetic letters
One large magnet contained in the letters… not a small magnetic circle that may come off and an infant or toddler could choke or swallow if ingested. Very pleased with this purchase!

Strong smell
Had a strong smell even after I let them air out for a few days but the kids liked using the magnets to spell and recognize letters and numbers

Plenty
I appreciated that there were two sets for extra spelling! They stick very well to our fridge. I purchased so the little one can learn the letters but now we can start making sight words. It grows with the child! Even as an adult leave a little message!

adorably cute design but flimsy material with little variety in the letters, numbers and color.
I purchased these magnet letters as a fun learning tool for toddlers. I have the a set of plastic alphabet magnets but I thought the soft felt-like ones would be more friendly to their little hands. These are very cute little alphabet/number magnets and they are soft with the backside of the piece being completely covered in a magnetic strip unlike the typical sets that have small weak magnetic circle pieces glued on back. The magnetic quality is quite nice. There are all 26 alphabet letters in uppercase as well as lowercase and numbers ranging from 0 to 9. For some strange reason there are also percent and multiplication symbols included which really make no sense. I think plus, minus and equal symbols would have worked better though perhaps multiplication symbol could have worked as the lowercase letter X if not for the fact that I received exactly one piece representing the lowercase letter X and there’s a small differences in shape making it look too different to work as a substitute for the lowercase letter X but at the same time it also looks way too similar to the lowercase letter X. So this would probably just confuse kids more than anything else.My two main issues with this item are: it is expensive for the quality of item that you receive and there are specific letters that only have one or two pieces whereas others have several unnecessary duplicates with little to no real color variety. The pieces are quite thin and seem to not be very durable for toddlers to play with for very long. For nearly ten dollars, the material should be hardier especially because these types of purchases are used predominantly with young children. The whimsical design of the letters and vintage vibe of the subdued 4-color palette could have made up for the flimsy material and justified the costliness of these alphabet/number magnets but that brings me to the letter/number variety…Firstly in the package that I received; there are several duplicates of the uppercase letter I which is identical to the lowercase letter l, as well as looking the exact same as the number one piece with absolutely no distinction between the three…the trio are all just small interchangeable vertical strips. And what’s worse is that many of these little vertical strips are the same blue color. I did get a couple of green pieces but to be honest they are all the same cut and look just like the blue ones. I received absolutely zero of these pieces in red or yellow and none of the lowercase letter I in my order at all.The lowercase letter B, looks very similar to the numbers 6 and the number 9 with these two pieces looking exactly alike. The uppercase A and V are identical twins as well. Feasibly, these letters/numbers could be flipped around to make one or the other but this type of usage only really serves to confuse kids. Letters/numbers look distinctive from each other for a reason and I really do not understand why there was not more effort to represent these differences with this product. The identical appearance of these letters and numbers make it unnecessarily harder to use in teaching the alphabet and spelling. I received only one lowercase letter B in the (elusive) color green as well as two each of the previously mentioned letters/numbers in the colors red and yellow, respectively. The limited variety of letters and colors is really disappointing and what I consider a deal breaker. In a package containing 130 pieces, I received several duplicates of the number zero, a lot of percentage and multiplication symbols, quite a few of the uppercase letter C’s and many, many vertical strip pieces that seem to represent the uppercase letter I, the lowercase l and the number one. Most of these pieces are all the same blue color, except for the percentage symbols which are, weirdly enough, all red.I have only one each of the numbers 3, 4, 5, and 7 in the colors red and yellow. One thing I appreciate is that the number zero piece is oval-shaped which makes it look distinctively different from the circle-shaped uppercase letter O but I received just one yellow-colored uppercase letter O and one green lowercase letter O in my package. The lack of letter/number variety is a huge issue - a possible deal breaker. I have one lowercase letter A in yellow and one each of uppercase B, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P Q, R, S, T, U, W, X, Y Z in addition to one lowercase of each of the aforementioned letters with the exception of the letters E, G, V, W, Y, Q, Z, J, P, R, S and Z of which I received no lowercase letters. The predominant colors of the letters/numbers are blue followed by red then yellow with very few green pieces.I feel like this is a lot of words to review something as simple as an alphabet/number magnet set so I will wrap this up by saying that I am not entirely unhappy with the purchase but I can’t fully recommend it either. The material is not toddler-tough and there’s a lack of variety. Maybe if you just want this as a decor item and don’t mind the limited letters, numbers and colors this could work for you but if you are going to use this as an educational supplement then definitely search for something else more useful.

My kid loves this! She takes them off and puts them back on. Great learning tool. There's enough pieces that we have some out in the gazebo, inside on the fridge and on her blackboard!
