As a male in his mid 50`s, and starting to experience wear and tear on the joints, I have been taking this Collagen supplement in protein shakes post exercise, as part of my recovery process..... having used it now daily for over 6 months, I definitely have less issues with cracking finger knuckles, and it has provided pain relief in my knees, and ankles - which are now a lot stronger though exercise and improved joint structure.... I use a blender to mix the powder in to the shake, and it dissolves really well.... some review comments said there was a after taste, but as I mix it in to something else I dont experience this. Also I find it makes the shakes creamier in texture which is a bonus... Good consistent product, I have never experienced any stomach issues either, so really recommend it...

Taste like papaya fruit for me..its not tasteless there is some taste but i can bear it.I am taking 2 tablesppon per day dissolve in cold water stir until dissolve and drink all the way down.Now since taking the hydrolyzed powder collagen.. i notice great on skin and hair...BUT my belly soo bloated and can get rid never feel so bloated thia bad. Not sure what to do and been taking for more than a week now..

Took a few weeks , consistency is key ,BUT same results as "premium over branded products"And at half the price ,so very happy to have found and great results ,Its a repeat reorder forever product

I bought this because after some medical trauma my hair was falling out - I have a spoonful of it every day in my cup of tea on the way to work and while I can’t guarantee that it’s the sole reason for my hair thickening (as I take other supplements simultaneously) it is ideal for the busy person on the go looking to up their collagen intake.It mixes super easily (think like sweetener in a drink rather than like sugar) and doesn’t leave any kind of residue or taste in my tea - I was worried that as it doesn’t have the strong taste like coffee that I would find a beefy undertone but not at all!A tablespoon a day is the perfect amount for me, and it’s become part of my daily routine to make a brew with my collagen in it, and a tub lasts ages with this ‘dosage’.Would highly recommend this product to anyone needing a hair/skin/nails boost eg post-partum or post-trauma, it’s really helped my self-confidence.

The product is competitively priced and dissolves instantly in hot beverages. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is that it does have a certain smell and taste which will inadvertently affect the taste of the beverage. I can live with it as the taste is not that unpleasant, however I will not buy again.

Love this product put in my coffee each morning 4 teaspoons. Mixes well and unlike last one I used isn’t a creamer so doesn’t change the texture of my coffee. You can’t taste it either haven’t tried it in tea or on cereal. My skin does feel better not as dry, my hair is good and my nails seem to grow quicker. It is cheaper to buy from amazon than the consumer website.

Brilliant stuff. I use it daily- sometimes twice a day- to top up my daily protein goals. I like that I’m getting collagen as well as my protein, it reduces the number of supplements I need to take daily.I mix into my coffee and genuinely can’t tell it’s there, I use 2x heaped tablespoons per coffee. No problems mixing, can’t taste it. Maybe gives the coffee a slightly thicker texture but that could be placebo because I know it’s there?Only downside is with the amount I use I’m having to order a couple of tubs a month. The plastic tubs ARE reuseable or recyclable, which is a bonus.
