Infact for most of the nutrients, it doesn't jist provide the minimum RDA recommendation amount, but a few percent more, which makes a difference in the long run. Its very affordable for what it provides. That is another reason to Love it. There might be a few more affordable options but I chose this specific one because it is one of the most comprehensive products in the market.
