Fun and durable puzzle. It is well made and stands up well to rough toddler play. Great for learning the animals names. The jumbo knobs also make it perfect for little hands.

Bigger than I expected but my daughter LOVES it, she is nine months and obsessed with taking out the puzzle pieces, obviously has not figured out how to put them back in, but I like that this is a toy that she can have for a while and will continue to be entertained with. It is good overall value, when I got it, it was slightly on sale. It’s nice and sturdy and is a little heavier than I expected as well but overall, I’m very happy with it. It doesn’t feel flimsy with the weight, which is what I’ve seen with others.

These puzzles are sturdy and good quality. The large knobs make it easy for toddlers to work with.

I bought this puzzle for my grandson's first birthday. He loves to take the pieces out and play with them. I had another of the Melissa & Doug Jumbo Knob puzzles so I knew what I was ordering. The bright colors and large size are exactly what I wanted for him. The large knob seems to fit in his mouth as well as it does in his hand. The 2 and 3 year olds also enjoy this puzzle even though it is a bit easy for them and they quickly move on to the 6 or more piece puzzles.

Baby likes it. Great toy to teach animal names and sounds, and to practice hand coordination. The wood base and piece are sturdy. Only compaint is that I've only had it 2 months and some of the laminating sheet is peeling, but would still recommend.

Well liked by the child, easy to hold and put in place with large openings. However, the puzzle was dirty with saw dust. Clean carefully before giving the the child

I can say this puzzle is built to last many years. I purchased this puzzle for my one year old, just about six years ago. Yes, this review is way overdue. My son loved this puzzle. It is very sturdy and build to last many years. Fast forward six years later, and it is still in excellent condition. He is obviously older now, but it was handed down to my youngest son, who also had many great moments playing with this puzzle. I really liked the thick, sturdy puzzle knobs, great for small hands. My youngest is now a three, but he too, had a great time playing with this puzzle. As a parent, I noticed that the sturdy puzzle knobs made it easy for them to place the puzzle piece on the board. After all these years, the puzzle has not aged, the color is just as vibrant from the first day we purchased it. Six years later, and two children later, we gave it to our friend with a one year old son. I can honestly say, this sturdy Melissa and Doug puzzle will probably last for many years.

My grandson was SO proud when he got the puzzle pieces correctly into their places for the first time. Now, at 18 mos. of age, he still loves it! Have ordered a similar puzzle (a little more complex, with more animals) as a Christmas gift for him. A big knob on each puzzle piece helps little hands grasp the piece & quickly learn where to place it...no major frustration by dropping the pieces. I started my boys on wooden puzzles when they were quite young...how I wish these knobs had been "invented" back then!!!

ho trovato questo puzzle molto carino con disegni buffi. E'un po' pesante, come tutti i giochi in legno, se i bambini lo scaraventano in giro invece di giocarci. Sicuramente è per bambini intorno all'anno di età, dopo forse lo trovo troppo limitativo con solo 3 soggetti, meglio altre soluzioni più complete. I pioli si afferrano bene e il disegno c'è anche al di sotto per facilitare la soluzione, in complesso lo trovo un buon prodotto per introdurre l'idea di puzzle.

Poor quality with rough edges of the pieces, also the item has a lot of saw dust that is hard to remove. It cause allergy reaction to my little one. Will not purchase again.
