Not sealed, no cotton inside the bottle, too many capsules.
Do not buy this. The capsules are way on the top of the bottle. There's no cotton or that thing that absorbs the air inside the bottle. Obviously it was not properly sealed. When I opened it the capsule overflowed. This seems like it has been tampered with. I should put no star on this.

For people that have darken issues like ; Elbows under arm and between the legs , it really works !!Just please don't use while using "HYDROQUINONE" It will darken all dark spots.
