Excellent product. Work perfectly as a single-stud mount, and tuning the screw for the pneumatic lift was simple, a perfectly engineered product! Different heights shown in pictures.

I needed a heavy-duty flat-screen mount with a slightly-unusual range of motion. But it didn't appear that most - or at times, ANY mounts were available for my specific needs. Not only is this VIVO mount THE ONE, but - after using it for a couple of weeks, we're really happy with this one. I needed a mount which would work for a 50" screen, but would allow it to pull out from under a built-in cabinet and then cantilever the screen UP. Most mounts can't do this. But this VIVO cantilever mount has that range of motion, AND the ability to handle a screen this size (a Samsung which weighs just under 30 pounds.) Really easy to install, but in our case it was particularly easy as my home is a solid cedar log home. So - just carefully measured precisely where I'd need it for optimal clearance, bolted it in and that was that. It's strong, there's no give, it's clearly well-engineered and constructed - and after making tension adjustments, even my son and wife can easily manipulate it. Up, down, in - or back under the cabinet - and pivoting to optimal side-to-side angles for viewing from whatever seat in the room requires it, all easily done. All in all, I'm really REALLY pleased with this mount. And - it was very reasonably priced, too! Here's to happy viewing...my long search for the mount that would do all I needed ended VERY well. I bought this mount my 42 LG model number 42SL85-UA tv over my fireplace so I have the flexibility to watch it 6 feet away from my couch or turn the TV so I can watch it from my kitchen. Pros Easy to install with easy to follow directions. But need to be comfortable using drill over a studs.good quality stud finder is a must if you wanna save your wall. Multiaxial movement lets me easily watch the TV for hours without straining my neck even at 6-7 feet distance. Binge watchers rejoice!!! Only need one stud to attach the mount therefore less holes on youy drywall Cons When the mount is completely flushed TV does not remain centered it is about 4-5 inches off unless you leave the mount pulled out a bit. Not a big issue for me but I can see how it can affect loving room aesthetics. Level goes off from time to time Makes a squeaky noise when I turn it completely but nothing that magic WD40 spray cannot fix. Overall a solid product for the price.Works great on fireplaces with small living rooms. Hope this helps

I have a 32" LCD TV on this and it works fine. The weight is below the maximum so it is compatible. I'm not sure why other counterbalance mounts cost so much more. This acts just like any other with easy lifting and lowering. The installation would have been easier with two people, someone to just hold up the arm while installing and adjusting, but I was able to do it myself and don't recall too much difficulty. I have several TV mounts in my house, but this is the only counterbalance one. This was needed because the TV is going to be used somewhat away from the wall and adjusted from time to time. For this purpose, this mount is great and much better suited than standard articulating mounts that are not hydraulic (or gas). Works great so far in the few months I've had it. In addition to the price, this was able to extend farther than others I looked at. Great mount.

The TV Mount is very sturdy and made of high quality materials. I was impressed with the counterbalance system that allows the TV mount to move up and down. Once you adjust the tension bolt to match the weight of the TV it works perfectly to move the TV up and down. The mount will allow the TV to stay at whatever height you want. It works perfectly for our home office with an adjustable standing desk. The TV can be positioned at the perfect height whether we sit or stand at the desk. Installation is the same as all articulating TV mounts. Find the wall stud with a reliable stud finder and attach the mount to the studs. This is a great option if you are looking for a TV wall mount with 360 degree motion.

The product is a good concept. I read other reviews with the primary criticism being the tightening screw was problematic but workable. For example, one review said they had to turn the screw over 40 times and another review said they had to turn the screw for 10 minutes. This obviously is a significant design flaw. But the overall value of the product seemed worth this inconvenience. When I received the product I was not able to get the allen wrench into the tightening/loosening screw. After many attempts and using my own allen wrench set (to see if I could find a better fit) I tried to contact customer support. This was very difficult because the box and instructions leave no contact information or website. I found the website on my own and attempted to reach customer support. They give you three ways to contact them; 1) a phone number from Europe (I think England); 2) an email; 3) a customer chat line. I tried the chat line on two different days and used the hours for Europe and East Coast US timezone...never getting a response. I sent an email and got a response about 12 hours later. That email had a customer support number. But when I called it I got no reply despite multiple calls. The email person was pleasant but not very helpful. He asked me to send him a picture of the product, even after I gave him the model number, he did not apparently know the product. After multiple emails he suggested I force the allen wrench into the hole. I used a hammer and tapped it into the tightening hole. This worked to get the allen wrench in the hole. But then turning the screw was extremely difficult. I had to use a wrench to turn it clockwise. After about 10 to 15 turns the arm did not loosen and I was still not able to turn the screw without the use of the wrench. At that point I had enough and returned the product. While the concept is good, this product has a serious design flaw that seemed to be magnified in this case. The customer support person was pleasant but too hard to reach and not very helpful.

The mount works great It's very sturdy and has all the range of motion listed this was a huge plus as the wife wanted something that could be raised and lowered as well as tilted and swung out from the wall it is quite versatile. It fit the TV that we put on it which was a Samsung 70-in QLED and holds stable. Honestly the only issue I had was getting the TV on the mount as I was doing it alone so definitely if you have a heavy TV is the mount swings quite freely get a second or maybe even a third person to help get the TV on the mount

So i got this mount to use for my center screen for a multi screen computer setup. There is only really 2 issues i found but first the good. It came well packed and was very easy to set up. i had to loosen the tension screw all the way down so i can get the offset from center measurement since they didnt give it. Screw was hard to turn but with a ratchet alan key it went easy. its a strong mount and im sure if i were using it for a TV it would be amazing for mobility. The bad the tilt is HORRIBLE. unlike monitor mounts with tension tilt so u can move then whenever you need to use tools for it. i would have liked to see something different since this mount is ment to be very mobile and being able to change angle of tv when you move it is key. Next is NO YAW or side to side swivel. so you must use the mounting screws that hook the tv side of the bracket to the actual mount to level it. Again if your using it for a tv maybe not a deal breaker but for a computer monitor kinda sucked. That said ive only had it for about 6 hours got it all up and nice and hopefully when i upgrade to my 35 inch Ultra wide the screen will look just as amazing. i added some pictures so i hope that helps someone in vision their setup. ignore wire management as i wasn't going to bother when im about to get a new screen in a week or so

This unit was used to mount a 32" tv in my old motorhome. I wanted to be able to tuck the tv up high, out of the way, but to then be able to pull it out directly in front of our couch, and down to a more comfortable viewing height. The ability to turn the tv 180 dgrees in either direction also enables it to positioned perfectly for viewing from our dinette area. In other words I wanted flexibility. I'd read the spec details on dozens of mounts before selecting this one. What ultimately led me to choose this one was the wide range of weight bearing capacity. Because it'll be subjected to the forces of a moving/bouncing motorhome I specifically wanted something rated for well over the actual weight of my tv. But, in fact, as my tv weighs less than 9 lbs., the mount needed to be able to adjust tensions down for a lighter load. If I could make one modification it would be to increase the range of tilt. Ultimate verdict: This is a FANTASTIC mount. It is of very robust construction but yet looks crisp and clean. I honestly can't imagine what the (considerably) more expensive units could offer that would justify spending more.

So far so good. Holds the 50 inch TV pretty well. Can be fiddly to adjust position exactly as you want. But makes changing TV position very easy.

Good sturdy arm. Nice looking. I appreciate that they include a mini level for adjustment. But instructions are unclear. It takes time to find the proper configuration for the tv mount. Plus ,adjusting the height of the arm from its default position is unclear. You have to use an allen key on the screw located on the top of the mid section of the arm. The plastic flaps are on the way and are tough to remove without breaking. Then, to lower the arm, make at least 15 solid turns clockwise. You will feel some resistance but go for it. Then the arm will start lowering on its own. When you got the desired height leave it as it is. All and all, I m happy with it.

Returned this after I adjusted the tension to the minimum and still could not get it to move, it says from 40 inch tv but my one must have been faulty as there was too much spring tension there were also no instructions , the return process was strange as it Was delivered without any packaging but had to be returned in a box , but apart from that it was straightforward.
