I had an issue with my first one of these it worked great and then quitCompany immediately replaced I am very excited as this is a wonderful time saving device allowing me to directly move the photos from my iPhone to my computer which is a huge timesaver and allows me to record videos on my phone will update and let you know how this one works but I’m extremely excited that company immediately replace defective unit looking very forward to using this as again it is an amazing time saving device for anyone like myself who does a lot of videos with their phone*****Update***** so glad I bought this. Bought thisNew one is working awesomely***** update I wish I wish I wish I’d of had this a few years ago when I was traveling to Petra in the holy land because I got very few videos because it was so difficult to upload images from my camera oh how I wish I would’ve had this I could’ve stored videos on trips that I will doubt I’ll ever be able to do again oh how I wish I would’ve had this it makes transferring photos from your phone to your computer easy not hours of trying to figure out a way to upload and I’m not particularly tech savvy and this oh my only regret is that I did not know about this year‘s ago I amQuite sure I will buy another if not more of these

Really frustrated as I have a lot of photos and wanted to have a reliable device to store them on but I only got about 1/3 of them transferred before it stopped working. There's still tons of room left on it for storage, too. It also makes my phone heat up a lot. If it would work, it was exactly what I needed. Also, it is not secure when plugged in; it is not a perfect fit for an iPhone (even without a case on).UPDATE: seller upheld their 18-month warranty with me (at about 13 months) and replaced the item. They have been very responsive.

I read all the reviews before purchasing and this stick seemed the best. I downloaded 10,000 photos/videos in about 3 hours. I used a wireless charger for my phone while it was downloading so I didn’t lose power.Note:You can still use your phone as the download is happening.Plan ahead and have your wireless charger ready just in case.Phone did heat up a bit, but it was working hard!App easy to install and use.I’d recommend for anyone wanting more space on their phone. I have 25,000 photos and a new baby coming so I need space!

I finally figured out how to get photos onto this and when I went to open them on my pc I had to download a program to open them. Which created extra steps to try to save them on my computer. Which is a pain in the butt.

I had purchased a different, similar device and was very unhappy with it, so I returned it. Without having much hope, I purchased this device, and was I surprised! This little device is so easy to use and works perfectly. I can now share files between my PC and my 3 apple devices - iphone, ipod and ipad. The apple app you download to use the device is easy to understand, and very powerful. I know this has nothing to do with the function of the device, but it comes in the most cleverly designed black box. I'm going to keep this box and not toss it like most packaging I get. Two thumbs up for this awesome little jump drive.

its a pain full app to use. locks up, shuts down, looses connection to the device, requires constant rebooting of app. wish i could give it a negative star...
